Cottage Grove's 792 acre Business Park is situated between 80th and Jamaica Street on U.S. Highway 61. It is only 6 miles south of Interstate 494, 10 miles
south-east of Interstate 94, and 15 miles from the Twin Cities. The City of Cottage Grove welcomes new development in our business park.
The City of Cottage Grove approved a preliminary plat of the Business Park in 1997. Development commenced in 1998 and the City has been developing the park
following the original plat layout since that time. The City has provided infrastructure and development-ready site guarantees for business partners.
