The American Family of Businesses is a family owned business established in 1936. For over sixty years and three generations of the Duclos Family, the American Family of Businesses has been serving the livestock and companion animal industry. It has been American AGCO's goal to provide their customers with the best possible service at competitive pricing.
Their 81,000 square-foot facility is located on a six-acre site on 97th Street in the Industrial Park. The facility currently houses American Logistics and American Distribution. American AGCO has been a great addition to the Industrial Park and the community.
American AGCO Corporation is a wholesaler in the areas of feed products, feed additives, and feed commodities, vitamins/minerals, salt, and consulting in support of those products and their customers. They have been in business for 65 years and have over 100 employees. Their reported annual sales have been over $72,000,000.
In my many years of working with city governments I have never experienced the amount of cooperation and assistance Cottage Grove gave us to help us hit our deadline. We could not have done it without your help. In addition, everyone on our management staff want to convey how good it feels to work with a municipality that has a pro business philosophy.
