Tradehome Shoes' new facility is located on a 4.13-acre parcel near the intersection of Jamaica Ave. and 97th Street. The 70,000 square foot facility houses the office and distribution functions for the company.

Tradehome Shoe Stores began operation in 1921. In 1997, the Footwear Distributors of America named Tradehome Shoes the top full-service shoe retailer. There are currently seventeen locations in Minnesota, with stores in eleven states. They distribute brands such as: Adidas, Reebok, Dr. Martens, Eastland, and many other brands.

The organization currently has more than 69 stores located in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Tradehome prides itself on strong customer relationships.

The City Council is very pleased to have Tradehome Shoe Stores as a new corporate citizen. They will be a fine addition to the Business Park.
